Financial Operations Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our growing team at Zetobit, LLC.

This role will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate financial

reporting, and supporting strategic financial decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring strong

analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to streamline financial processes while maintaining

compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management & Reporting

• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate processing

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports

• Manage cash flow forecasting and monitor working capital requirements

• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with accounting standards

• Maintain and improve financial controls and procedures

Budgeting & Analysis

• Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly budget reviews

• Develop financial models and perform variance analysis against budgets and forecasts

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management

• Support business development initiatives with financial analysis and projections

Operations & Process Improvement

• Implement and maintain financial systems and software to improve efficiency

• Develop and document standard operating procedures for financial processes

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate with tax professionals

• Manage relationships with banks, vendors, and other financial service providers

Team Leadership

• Supervise and mentor junior finance staff

• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments on financial matters

• Support HR with payroll processing and employee benefit administration

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial operations or accounting

• CPA certification preferred

• Proficiency in financial software (QuickBooks, Excel, ERP systems)

• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements

• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Experience with process improvement and system implementation

• Knowledge of tax compliance and regulatory requirements
